OneView AMS integrates with systems that manage external ancillary pricing and inventory of products or services created or sourced by third parties.  Examples of ancillary inventory for airlines, hotels, car rental, financial services companies and other travel companies include tours, activities, car rental, dining reservations, dining delivery, ground transportation, offered directly by suppliers or consolidators.

Central Reservations System (CRS)

OneView Ancillary Management System integrates with Central Reservations Systems whether provided by a third-party or developed by the user itself.  Data flows from the CRS to OneView AMS including the customer name and unique ID such as loyalty or reservations numbers. Data flows from the OneView AMS to the CRS including all details related to ancillary bookings whether consolidated or in parts including product type, date, time, duration, location, units purchased, policies; a master booking record formatted for customer and user staff access.

OneView AMS integrates with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and/or User Profile systems whether provided by a third party or developed by the user itself.  Data flow from the CRM to OneView AMS will include the customer name and unique ID such as loyalty or reservations numbers, and may include customer activity history to facilitate segmented and personalized offers of ancillaries. Data flow from OneView AMS to the CRM includes all details related to ancillary bookings whether consolidated or in parts including product type, date, time, duration, location, units purchased, policies; a master booking record formatted for customer relationship management.

Customer Loyalty System

OneView AMS integrates with Customer Loyalty Systems whether provided by a third party or developed by the user itself. Data flow from Customer Loyalty systems to OneView AMS includes conversion rates to translate from a designated base currency to loyalty point denominations and vice versa. Data flow from OneView Ancillary Management System to Customer Loyalty Systems includes a unique customer account identifier, along with a number of loyalty points to credit to, or debit from the designated customer account.
