New research from the Loyalty Science Lab at Old Dominion University shows the growing importance a brand's values has on customer loyalty. The research, partially commissioned by iSeatz, showed Sustainability on top of the list of concerns by consumers. This supports concurrent research that iSeatz conducted in our Tipping Point Report, that showed consumers were more likely to book travel through a loyalty program if they could redeem points or be rewarded for making environmentally-friendly purchases.
