Ceci Hammond, Senior Vice President of Banking & Product for iSeatz, brings more than
19 years of global client management and business development experience to her role. A
proven leader of people, ideas and innovation, Ceci is responsible for managing iSeatz’ banking
clients and helping them develop customized programs that drive customer loyalty and achieve
strategic objectives. Ceci also leads the company’s efforts in building a Strategic Relationships
Group, which will be focused on establishing strategic marketing partnerships with leading
global brands to further support iSeatz’ banking clients.

Ceci first honed her entrepreneurial skills by founding an advertising and public relations firm. In
this leadership role, she successfully developed trademarks and managed co-branded
marketing campaigns for over 200 clients including American Airlines, Knight Broadcasting
Corporation and others. She sold her first business at 24 – framing the path for her extensive
career.

Most recently, Ceci served as the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships and Strategic
Alliances for Merrill Lynch. In this role, she built a highly successful benefits program targeted
towards Merrill’s affluent clients and credit card holders in collaboration with well-known industry
leaders such as British Airways, Exclusive Resorts, Marquis Jet and Hertz. Prior to that, Ceci
played a key role in the Establishment Services division of American Express where she
managed global merchant relationships focused on loyalty marketing. During her five-year
tenure with the company she worked with global leaders including Marriott International, The
Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Target, Toys R Us and Sharper Image, among others. Before Ceci
was recruited by American Express, she worked for Arizona Public Service Company and Sarah
Lee Corporation, where she fulfilled a critical consultative role that solely focused on supply
chain management and strategic sourcing. During this eight-year span, she won numerous
awards for reducing operating expenses while increasing efficiencies through automation.
Ceci graduated from the Leadership Institute at Arizona State University. She currently resides
in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and their 12 year old son.
