Keith L. Voigts, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of iSeatz where he oversees and directs all
aspects of financial management and direction of the company.
Keith is a seasoned expert in his field, with extensive experience in industries ranging from
computer hardware and software and semiconductors, to information technology and
entertainment. His background includes a variety of high-profile positions, including twenty-six
years in four offices with the global accounting firm KPMG, the majority as a Partner. Most
recently, Keith founded The KLV Group, a consulting firm, where he assisted clients in a variety
of financial controls and transactions. Before this successful entrepreneurial effort, Keith served
as the Senior Vice President/CFO/Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Halter Marine
Group, a leading organization in the marine construction industry. There he assumed a lead
role in Halter’s IPO and ongoing investor relations and managed the company’s Information
Technology Department. Additionally, Keith was the CFO for Healthcare Communications, Inc.,
a start-up software development company. He has significant experience with IPO’s and other
corporate finance activities.
Keith is also actively involved in his local community. He established an annual corporate golf
tournament that raised $158,000 for charity in its first two years of existence. He served as the
Chairman of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Committee, and was named
Accounting Advocate of the Year for the State of Texas. Keith received a B.B.A. in Accounting
from The University of Iowa and has completed special courses provided by Stanford and
Harvard Universities.
