Kenneth Purcell is the founder and chief executive officer of iSeatz.com. As the company’s CEO
and visionary, he is unwaveringly focused on the infrastructure, growth and strategic direction of
the company.
Kenneth established iSeatz in 1999 as a source for online restaurant reservations – and rapidly
recognized the vast opportunity for iSeatz’ evolution and growth in the Travel and Entertainment
industry. By applying his creative vision and ability to design innovative product lines, Kenneth
has been instrumental in establishing iSeatz as the premier provider of tailored, end-to-end
Travel and Entertainment solutions that are now utilized by a multitude of industry-leading
companies. Under Kenneth’s leadership, iSeatz launched to the forefront of its industry.
A native of New Orleans, Kenneth is committed to his deep Louisiana roots. He and his
company are survivors of Hurricane Katrina – fueling Kenneth’s drive to further establish iSeatz
as a local and national story of resilience and success.
Recognized as a thought leader in the industry, Kenneth has been featured by leading national
media, including CNN/fn television, The New York Times and The Washington Post, and
selected as a speaker at major international industry events. Kenneth has received numerous
professional accolades throughout his career -- most recently an “Innovator of the Year” by New
Orleans CityBusiness (2007) -- and led iSeatz to be named “Growth Company of the Year” in
Louisiana Technology Council’s eWards program. Additionally, he was named “Leader of the
Power Generation” by New Orleans City Business, (2002), awarded “Top 40 Under 40” by
Gambit Magazine New Orleans (2002), nominated by Ernst & Young twice as “Entrepreneur of
the Year” (2001, 2002) and top "Business Person to Watch" by New Orleans Magazine (2000).
Kenneth holds a B.A. in International Business from Spring Hill College, Mobile, Alabama.
